From comprehensive product sampling programs to implementation of backstage/VIP client receptions including artist meet and greets, RMG provides turnkey onsite program management and implementation. This includes full program execution at festivals, corporate events, and national concert tours.
RMG will create and place all advertising, recommend onsite marketing programs and schedule and attend artist interviews and ensure that all sponsor related “talking points” are communicated.
For onsite activation, RMG provides and trains “brand ambassadors” to hand out sponsor samples and interact with the consumer at all events. We negotiate client identification on tickets, create websites, maintain social networking sites, create and activate contests, design, print and distribute point of sale materials and maintain merchandise destinations at all events.
